Since it has been treated in the media lately that Islam is not fair regarding its interaction with non-Muslims and Non-Muslims have no rights in Saudi Arabia, I choose my thesis title to be (The rights of Non-Muslims in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Accordance to Islamic Law). I will be giving a brief about the right if non-Muslims in the light of Islamic Law in general and specifically in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia such as the Right of life, the Right of psychological security, protection from abuse, the right to justice, the right to housing and shelter, the right to confidentiality of correspondence, the right of freedom thought and scientific research, the right to free movement and residence, the right to freedom of opinion and belief , and the right of personal freedom. I will be using in my research the complex approach, the compression approach, and on field approach.
