ABSTRACT

The issue of free punishment/training is regarded as one the contemporary problems, considering the different ways of punishment/ training; such as family training, educational training, criminal training and others. This research, therefore, aims at discussing the free educational training from the Islamic jurisprudential point of view; a topic that raises arguments in the recent times in many countries. Thus, this article will focus on one of the various aspects of this training/punishment in the slamic risprdence namel The educational training system iin ll eplanation o the scholars’ ies and opinions on ho a teacher should train his students. The paper will also unveil the fundamentals and the legal objectives of Sariah on the rules guiding training in Islamic doctrine. The paper practically evaluates its topic of discussion by analysing the ways through which a teacher in the Saudi Arabia schools trains his pupils. It is thereby confirmed, that the training methods in the adi raia’s schools taes dierent directions between unnecessary leniency and reckless punishments that could purposelessly lead to bodily harm.  In this paper, an analytical study is adopted to discuss the Islamic and common legal references applicale to the case o adi’s sstem o trainin and pnishment
