THE ERROR IN ACHIEVING THE TEXTS AND ITS RELATION TO THE ISLAMIC FAITH

The Arabic and Islamic manuscripts are the oldest elements of human heritage, which is still a testament to the value of human and Islamic civilization. Where those manuscripts have maintained of science and cultures of preceded civilizations, so that the scientists took care of those manuscripts intensively, they made rules and conditions that should be provided by the investigator to allow him to investigate the manuscripts. The adjusting and commenting on the text have a great importance of the science of investigation of Arabic manuscripts. The intentional and unintentional error and misrepresentation, fraud, plagiarism and the fallout and natural factors of change such as humidity and type of paper and ink and the nature of the manuscript storage, and other things that impacted negatively on the manuscript. Thus, these factors affect the value of the information of the manuscript. Sometimes the investigator who does not have enough knowledge in the terms and rules of investigation spoil more than fit. Arab library has suffered a lot from the likes of these meager investigations that wasted time and effort. Some of these unscientific investigations have the great impact of the occurrence of a major calamity in various fields of knowledge. This study comprises two objectives. First, is to show the concept of error that is, the intentional and unintentional error. Second, is to find out the relationship between the error and the dogmatic risk and their impact on the manuscripts. As well as to clarify the nature of link between the error and dogmatic risk that reflected negatively upon manuscript. The study concluded that the error in the investigation of texts related to faith is not like any other error. This error has effects that be dangerous in the dogmatic side therefore; investigator should be very aware and high precise, and trustworthy in the transferring and verifying the

information prior to publication. The study also concluded with some recommendations to Jurisprudential academics, scientists, and postgraduate students that are necessary to take care of scientific investigation that is disciplined with origins and conditions of an investigation. And showing the dangers of text manipulation or ignorance of scientific investigation and what is it impact especially on the manuscripts related to the Islamic faith.
