JUSTICE AND CHARITY BETWEEN THE LINGUISTIC CONCEPT AND THE KORANIC TERMINOLOGY.

Justice and charity are two Islamic values and two Arabic concepts that are frequently repeated
in the Holy Quran in their different derivatives and various contexts, which means that the connotations intended by the Quran vary from one context into another, but the Quran added different new meanings to the original one that was used by Arabs. Thus, this paper which is entitled «  Justice and Charity between the Linguistic Meaning and the Technical Meaning in the Quran  » comes to reveal the meanings of these two words: justice and charity developed by the Quran. So, we attempted to highlight the original significance of both of them, and then we followed the new connotations created in the Quran, trying to explore the relationship between these new meanings on one hand, and between them and the original meaning on the other hand, depending on the views of language and interpretation scientists.
