THE DOCTRINAL CONTROLS IN THE ISLAMIC COUNTRIES' USE OF NUCLEAR WEAPONS IN CONTEMPORARY REALITY.

For more than fourteen centuries ago, the Islamic sources originated and Muslim jurists put the rules and principles that organize the war phenomenon and its means. The Foundations and principles have been clarified in which the wise legislator dictated. These foundations and principles call for the international peace and security. However, what we currently live in the name of the nuclear Renaissance, which Coexistence in the most international community, such as conflict and race for possession of nuclear weapons. This resulted in a great international fear from the occurrence of another international war as a result of the use of these weapons with deliberate or misappropriation. This leads the international jurists, especially contemporary scholars of Islam refer to the provisions of Islamic law, in order to find out legitimate adaptation of the rule of production and use these lethal weapons. It also aimed to highlight the strategic doctrine of Islam and to reach the legitimate rule on this issue and work on its application at the time being. Where possession of this nuclear weapon monopolized on western countries only and fight the Islamic countries who attempted to possess them, without observance of the principles and the provisions the customary internationalism raised.
