TOWARDS AN OPTIMAL METHOD TO PROVE THE AUTHORITATIVE YEAR

The Sunnah is the second source of Islamic legislation. Therefore, Muslim scholars took great care in terms of setting up standards of criticism and narration to distinguish the right hadith from the other, as well as the extraction of jurisprudential provisions that pertain to the acts of those responsible for orders and prohibitions. The Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad has been exposed to many suspicions, especially on the side of its authenticity. In this sense, it was necessary to shed light on the best method to prove the legitimacy of the Sunnah to achieve the basic purpose represented in facilitating people's affairs and guiding them in their life away from the traditional treatment in presenting the denigrated suspicions and responding to them. The study dealt with the analytical approach to reveal the wisdom of the frequency of the whole Quran without the Sunnah of the Prophet, and the jurisprudence of both the biography and the Sunnah of the Prophet  as well as the role of informative and modern technology in the service of the Prophet’s Sunnah  and its definition  which no one denies its importance as an easy and modern means of assistance to get to its reality and understanding it properly calling people to follow and adhere to as a basis for the renaissance of our Islamic nation and upgrading it to the civilized role assigned to it when the rate of rightness is raised to the prophet  (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). Hence, we conclude from this theoretical study the most important results, which can be summarized in the need to understand the Sunnah according to the mentioned restrictions taking advantage of modern technology with no exaggeration or negligence.
