SHARIA CONTROLS FOR ENVIRONMENTAL TOURISM IN ISLAMIC JURISPRUDENCE
Ecotourism is one of the most important phenomena that have recently begun to spread among people. The purpose of this study is to explain the meaning of ecotourism legitimately, and to the specialists in contemporary tourism science. It also identifies the judge of ecotourism and its importance regulations. The study concludes that the organic of ecotourism is permissible according to the situation and the circumstances surround it. The study also reveals that this permission is restricted by some general Shari’ah regulations. Moreover, other special regulations control, ecotourism from Shari’ah perspective so it achieves the purpose of legislators. It is entertaining to the Muslim in a way that does not violate his religion and life world.
