This research focuses on the theoretical framework of the concept of development and to find out the reasons for it, moreover the goals achieved by human development in the Al-shareah Islamic and an arrangement on the above: The problem of research focuses on the main question: What is the nature of human development in the Al-shareah Islamic, Through the concepts, causes and objectives, where the research aims to understand the framework of knowledge of the human development from an Islamic perspective, also identify the causes and objectives of development, also follow the research descriptive analytical approach, which is based on the description and analysis of the nature of human development from the Islamic perspective, and through the concepts and reasons and objectives, Through to the most important findings of the research. The research shows that there is a clear and significant contribution to Islamic culture in the recovery of human development through the role played by mosques in the memorization of the Koran and contribute to the eradication of illiteracy, and the dissemination of the teachings of Islamic life, which is reflected in the development of societies.
