ABSTRACT   Unemployment is one of the most serious risks that threat the stability and cohesion of societies whether in the advanced or developing countries.  If one of these several economic, social, security and political problems occurs, It has a negative impact on the individual, family and society. The aim of the research is to identify the concept and causes of unemployment among university graduates in the Libyan municipality of Tragan, and to clarify the effects of unemployment risks on graduates of universities and their families from the perspective of Islamic Sharia. In the Libyan municipality of Tragan, to reach the most important results that unemployment is considered an economic threat at the community level with the existence of idle power from the labor force within the municipality of Tragan without work , which negatively affects the growth of economic activity and weakens it, and considers the unemployment of university graduates in the municipality of Tragan is a loss.Besides, it leads to the destruction of building social fabric, and the low ties of ties carried by people towards the official institutions and systems and the values of Islamic Sharia prevailing in the society of the Libyan Tragan.   Keywords: Unemployment - Effects - Risks - Treatment - Society
