ABSTRACT   The article is to highlight the true picture of the suspended conversations that the board is related to matters of metaphysical or legislative, so it is difficult to say that this is purely jurisprudence, and therefore it is judged that it has a lifting rule, and the approach of Sheikh Al-Albani in dealing with those conversations; Ahaadeeth when it was ruled that some of them had the rule of lifting. And the definition of the language and terminology, and the importance of these conversations and their status in the law, and how the scholars of the modern and the owners of modern books have taken care of them, but promised those conversations that have suspended the rule of lifting such as raised speeches, this is shown when they are quoted in several places of their books, Under the doors you pict on in their books. Then I mentioned the words of Shaykh al-Albaani on this subject, and his comments also regarding the hadiths of the hadeeth contained in the interpretations or the legislations or the matters that are not subject to ijtihad in it. Then I mentioned the conditions that he was obliged to observe in the hadeeth. Al-Albani in ruling on the hadeeth that is related to things that are strange, which revealed to me that the Shaykh (may Allaah have mercy on him) was keen to deal with them in accordance with a proper and proper approach based on the approach that the modernists had used in the past and the present.
