The current study aimed to identify the reasons for the reluctance of the students of the general education diploma in the schools of South Batinah province, specifically in the schools of the state of Rustaq for the academic year 2018/2019, on the study of forensic education and making it an option within its options.
The study reached several conclusions, the most prominent of which is that the students of this stage do not put the religious disciplines in their choices with their convictions of their importance to the individual and the society. They also see that the decision to choose the academic specialization is an individual decision that belongs to the student himself and does not want to involve another party in that choice.
The study recommended that the religious education be given greater attention by the authorities responsible for education, the adoption of more legal disciplines in order to give the largest possible segment to benefit from it, and the demand of the responsible authorities for employment in coordination with educational institutions to provide job opportunities for graduates. To avoid the emergence of the problem of job seekers in this important specialization And to benefit from the technological development of curriculum development in the disciplines of Sharia and conversion from traditional to modern study, and linking the curricula of Islamic disciplines by the community and work to address and provide solutions to the phenomena and problems experienced by members of society today, and linking the policy of admission to institutions of higher education with the actual needs necessary for legal disciplines , And work to increase the proportion of public spending on education and scientific research in religious disciplines.,
