ALQAWAEID ALMANHAJIAT FI DAWABIT ALMUDARA
The focus of this research is an important topic, which is related to Islamic diplomacy and the relations between people, especially with respect to being patient with their unkind deeds. We, herein, discuss Mudaraah (مداراة), its definition, significance and the rules that outline it.
Mudaraah, according to the Sharia path, which distances itself from deviancy, ways of error, exaggeration, aggression and hypocrisy, relies on two main pillars. These pillars are grounded on the clarity of objectives and the control of words and actions that are governed by moderation and mediation. The two pillars are: a) the dedication of work to Allah (swt) by means of practicing Mudaraah with people; and b) the inherent intent the follows moderate and middle routes of work and diligence. The methodology of this research is inductive and analytical.
