THE IMPACT OF TALENT MANAGEMENT ON ORGANIZATIONAL INNOVATION APPLIED STUDY ON SOHAR UNIVERSITY – SULTANATE OF OMAN


This quantitative and qualitative study discusses the extent of variation on the dimensions of talent management and the dimensions of organizational creativity, among in Sohar University. The problem is the low awareness of some of Sohar University employees about the dimensions of talent management as well as the dimensions of organizational innovation. The study aimed at determining the nature of the relationship between the dimensions of talent management and the dimensions of organizational creativity at Sohar University. Based on the analytical descriptive approach, the quessionairs and open interviewing were used for the data collection. The study community consists of all administrative leaders, heads of departments, Faculty members and assistant staff at Sohar University (511), a random sample of (220) individuals were selected . The findings revealed that: There is an impact between the management of talent on the dimensions of organizational creativity at Sohar University. The study recommended that the University of Sohar should take care of its employees and strive to attract talented workers by providing a suitable environment that embraces their work and encourages their talent.
