THE IMPACT OF THE TRAINING PROGRAM EVALUATION INDEVELOPMENT THE JOB PERFORMANCEUSING KIRKPATRICKMODEL: A FIELD STUDY IN DHOFAR MUNICIPALITY


This quantitative study aims to identify the impact of the training programs evolution by using Kirkpatrick Model in Development the Job Performance in Dhofar Municipality. This study is a community of the administrative staff of Dhofar Municipality, totaling (600) employees. Where used random sampling to select a sample, was selected a random sample of (123) employees, the researcher designed a questionnaire consisting of (57) paragraphs distributed over (5) axes. The findings revealed that; the use of reactive level in accordance with the model Creek Patrick came highly, while the use of other dimensions came Creek Patrick model moderately. As well as the results indicated that there is a direct correlation between the use of model Patrick Creek in the evaluation of programs and functionality. Based on the findings, the researcher has recommended that work on the evaluation of all training programs offered by the municipality during and after training to measure the results of these programs and how to achieve the desired objectives.
