HUSUL ALMAMUL BIMAERIFAT EADALAT WADABT ALRAWAT FI ALHADITH ALMAQBUL (ALTURUQ WALDAWABIT WALMASADR)

The research dealt with the subject of the narrators’ uprightness and rectification, as one of the conditions of acceptance Hadith, and it combined the practical side and the theoretical side in each of its factors. It also stated the narrators’ types in termsof uprightness and rectification for acceptance Hadith, stating the historical narrative of what the criticism Imams set as ranks of invalidation and uprightness, as they stated each rank position in terms of acceptance, selection, consideration and rejection.  It showed the methods of proving the uprightness and rectification upon the criticism Imams whether by circumlocution, texts of Imams or sounding the narrated materials, with stating the cases which the critic is patient with invalidation or uprightness. The research detailed the controls of uprightness proving and narrators rectification which if not considered the judgment shall be false; either for the presence of disorders or non-understanding the sentences of Imams and their indications or etc.       The research stated the methods which lead to the uprightness and rectification of the narrator when the criticism Imams differ around him; whether this difference is in the saying of the critic himself or between him and others. The research stated the important sourced which enable the researcher to reach to prove the uprightness and rectification of narrators, and how to deal with them. The research paid attention to mention the controls of narrator rank formula; in terms of investigating what said about him, knowing his spiritual elders       and scholars, and the books which documented his Hadith which would be useful in statinghis rank. The research showed the criticism rules to show the judgment upon narrators, with showing the practical side which leads to develop the ability of the researcher to give preponderance among their sayings when discrepancy. Recommendations: Care must be taken to study the conditions of the validity of the Hadith in light of the rules of the criticism Imams; such as “knowing the narrators uprightness and rectification”, which the Hadith acceptance or rejection depend on it. Academic care in the postgraduates in universities and researches centers through specialized study of the approach of the criticism Imams; especially in the narrators’ uprightness and rectification, with separate each science of them with a special study. Universities and scientific research centers shall allocate research divisions to study the approach of the advanced criticism Imams, the perfect researchers in this regard shall betotally engaged in composing in this subject in an integrated methodological encyclopedic approach that shall be the core of this approach. Universities and research centers shall pay attention to the scientific researches and dissertations which have been written in the approach of criticism Imams specially in the Hadith validation conditions, making scientific coordination among those various studies, making balance among these studies to know the general scientific approach which was followed by the critics, and the agreement and disagreement points among them. Printing the academic scientific dissertations which are not printed yet; to enable the researchers to have benefits from them and coordination among them.
