SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE IN CRIMINAL PROVE: AN ANALYTICAL STUDY


This descriptive article discusses the role of scientific evidence in crimes investigations, to discover the culprits as soon as possible, protecting the rights of victims and punishing perpetrators. Recent scientific methods have been used by the police as evidence, which can be used as compelling evidence for the perpetrators, as judges use when making judgments.The problem in the fact that the defendants use scientific means and modern science to commit crimes. In view of the evolution of crime methods, the discovery of the perpetrator has become difficult. The scientific evidence itself poses problems that may affect the fundamental rights of the human being, making the disclosure of the truth extremely difficult for the judiciary. Through the analytical descriptive approach, the findings revealed that: The technological development was accompanied by an evolution in the means of criminality, and the perpetrators have used the latest science to commit their crimes. The methods of detection of the evidence have also developed. This development took two forms. Access to the manual using new means previously unknown; the second is tomodify and develop the use of traditional methods in a way that increases its effectiveness.The jurisprudence differed between supporters and opponents of the use of scientific evidence.
