SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE IN CRIMINAL PROVE: AN ANALYTICAL STUDY

This descriptive article discusses the role of scientific evidence in crimes investigations, to discover the culprits as soon as possible, protecting the rights of victims and punishing perpetrators. Recent scientific methods have been used by the police as evidence, which can be used as compelling evidence for the perpetrators, as judges use when making judgments.The problem in the fact that the defendants use scientific means and modern science to commit crimes.
