This quantitative study discusses what relates to the practice of the most important (8) patterns of educational supervision. The problem is highlighted in the results of the studies, because of the many negative aspects and shortcomings in the practice of educational supervision patterns in the Sultanate's schools. Therefore, the study aims to diagnose the extent of educational supervisors' practice of some types of educational supervision in basic education schools in Al-Wusta Governorate, Sultanate of Oman. The descriptive method was used, and a questionnaire was formed consisting of (61) items distributed in (8) fields representing the most prominent educational supervision patterns. Through descriptive analysis, the results showed that the general rate of educational supervisors' practice of educational supervision patterns came in large measure. "Preventive supervision" came first, followed by the pattern of "therapeutic supervision", the pattern of "supervision with goals", followed by the pattern of "electronic supervision", and in the fifth place the pattern of "developmental supervision", then followed by the pattern of "diversified supervision", followed by the pattern of "participatory supervision" Finally, the "creative supervision" pattern was averaged (2.34).
