THE CORRELATION BETWEEN THE JURISPRUDENCE OF REALITY AND THE JURISPRUDENCE OF ANTICIPATION
ABSTRACT
In light of the rapid development of communication systems, the sciences of planning for the future has appeared to prepare for what probably will happen in the future, for that reason jurisprudence had an abundant share in these studies, so the jurisprudence of anticipation has appeared as a result for the requirements of the stage, this study clarifies an important issue of the jurisprudence of Anticipation and the jurisprudence of Reality, for there is a close relationship between them. In the jurisprudence of anticipation, that is, to anticipate the future and to prepare for what may happen of events, and this jurisprudence has its conditions and controls, and perhaps one of the most prominent foundations on which this jurisprudence depends is the reality that reflects the true picture that the ruling will lead to in the future. This study stands to clarify this relationship and its importance.
