THE ROLE OF THE NATION'S SCHOLARS THROUGH THE FATWA IN GENERAL CALAMITIES CORONA AS A MODEL
ABSTRACT
The aim of the research is to highlight the role of Islamic Sharia scholars in the pandemic that has troubled humanity, as it has become a severe nightmare that haunts the young and the old, the ruler and the ruled, making societies of all groups move day and night in order to break free from the catastrophic pandemic.
The problem is finding solutions to emerging issues in light of the (Covid-19). Moreover, the research aims to highlight the objectives of Sharia in preserving the five faculties, including oneself, while implementing the rules of jurisprudence in health protection.
The research found many results, including:
Explaining emerging issues in accordance with the objectives of the Shari’a such as bringing interests to the worshipers and warding off evil from them and following them according to good morals, guided by the jurisprudential rules as a rule: (no harm no foul), and the rule: (harm shall be removed), and (blocking excuses) in determining the legal rulings in pandemics, And Medication from work by causes, which is an obligation
