ABSTRACT
All praise be to Allāh, The Lord of the Worlds. May peace and blessings of
Allāh be upon Prophet Muḥammad, his family, and Companions.
The provisions of Islamic law are characterized by Comprehensiveness in organizing the life of the Muslim individual through the application of legitimate purposes and interests. Shariah came to bring benefits and increase them, and ward off vices and reduce them. The mothers of her purposes and interests are to preserve religion, to preserve one's soul, to preserve one's mind, to preserve the offspring, and to save money.
And also it organizes family affairs. Therefore, it has set provisions that indicate the concern of Islamic Shariah on the health and physical safety of family members, including a husband, wife and children, and their interest in what has been called in today “Reproductive health.” This term was indicated by the provisions of Islamic law before it was discussed in the international conferences that were held for it.
The importance of this study is to reveal the purposes of Islamic law in the family foundation related to reproductive health, which is a necessary matter that is increasingly needed in light of the challenges that we live in our Islamic societies.
The reason for choosing this topic is due to the lack of legal purposes studies on the issue of reproductive health related to the child, and to show that reproductive health is related to multiple legal objectives.
This study aims to demonstrate the precedence of Islamic law in caring for the reproductive health of the family, and give awareness to Muslims and enlighten them about the concept of reproductive health.
This study attempts to answer, Did the Islamic Sharia deal with the term reproductive health, and work on treating various reproductive problems? Because this Shariah made the protection of offspring in quantity and quality one of the most important and lofty objectives.
This study is an intentional study in the beginning, in which the descriptive inductive approach was followed after collecting as much scientific material as possible. Then mentioning the characteristics of these issues, describing their nature and linking them to reality.
The study is summarized to a number of results, including, Reproductive health in Islam is meant. The care of the offspring according to Shariah controls and this is done from the time of choosing the wife, then marriage.Then the period of pregnancy and childbirth, and after that the care of the child and his mother in everything related to the physical, mental, psychological and social aspects. And that preservation of Reproductive health is a purpose of Islamic law. Islam worked to protect offspring and lineage, by encouraging it to marry. One of the aspects of preventive reproductive health in Islamic law is preventing pregnancy during breastfeeding and urging marriage from distant ones to ensure the safety of the breed, and also birth control is a guarantee for establishing a healthy and morally strong family. Islam does not oppose many new ideas which seek to protect and preserve the offspring, such as a medical examination before marriage.

The first requirement: A good moral and healthy choice of the wife and husband.
The second requirement: Marriage to a newborn woman and alienation in marriage.
The third topic: The aspects of preventive reproductive health for the child during marriage.
The first requirement: Preventing pregnancy during breastfeeding.
The second requirement: Birth control.
The third requirement: Abortion.
