RESEARCH ON SOCIAL SOLIDARITY IN ISLAMIC JURISPRUDENCE (SPONSORING AN ORPHAN AS A MODEL)


ABSTRACT

Research problem: The emergence of some negatives in society related to the lack of solidarity, which led to the spread of homelessness and begging in a remarkable manner in society, which led to the emergence of deviation and the spread of crime of all kinds. And the solidarity of solidarity was restricted to the material side only, which led to stagnation in relations between people, which led to a weakness in society and a clear crack in the spiritual ties between members of society, which is the reality of life in the entire nation. And the frequent wars and fighting that led to the emigration of millions, and these people must take care and solidarity.

Research objectives: The research aims to clarify the concept of social solidarity and its effects in society. And explaining its importance in achieving the interests of the individual and the group in general, and paying attention to the segment of orphans in particular.

Research methodology: The researcher divided the research into an introduction and three demands: In the first requirement he dealt with the concept of social solidarity in language and convention, and its historical origins. As for the second requirement, the legal evidence for social solidarity in Islamic jurisprudence. The third requirement deals with the provisions of sponsoring an orphan in Islamic jurisprudence
