Abstract: Trade is considered one of the economic activities that contribute to meeting people's needs and achieving economic development. Trade has always been and still is a fundamental activity that people engage in for livelihood and profit. It's a source of wealth and prosperity, as the merchant class historically represented the backbone of society due to its significant role in wealth formation. Nowadays, everything seems to revolve around commerce in this world. The complexity and increasing demands of daily life have led people to constantly seek more prosperity. Since the life of traders doesn't follow a single rhythm, traders may encounter obstacles in their business endeavors, despite their intelligence, experience, and diligence. This is due to the wide scope of commercial competition at both domestic and international levels. Consequently, traders commonly face crises, exposing them to financial turmoil resulting from market conditions and competition they cannot navigate without the assistance of creditors.
