THE PRINCIPLES BY WHICH IMAM MUHAMMAD BIN SEREEN RELIED UPON TO SET HIS OPINIONS AND JURISPRUDENCE RULES THROUGH A BOOK OF ALMOGHNI FOR IBN QUDAMA

Imam Muhammad Bin Sereen is an outstanding scholar of the followers of the Prophet Muhammad, and one of the jurists who reached the level of jurisprudence, he excelled in Quran Science readings interpretation Hadith Narrators of hadith jurisprudence and jurisdiction. He proved a high capacity in jurisprudence and other juristic issues. He was paid a great attention by his students and other successive scholars and jurists, who took his fatwa and speeches into consideration , recorded them in documents and books including the scholar/ Ibn Qudama Almaqdasi in his book entitled" Almoghni". Through studying his juristic opinions , I focused on the principles , which he relied on in Inference and deduction of judgments, such principles include those agreed upon and representing the basic source of legislation: the Holy Quran Prophetic Sunna Consensus and Measuring on the original and other disputed principles such as Estihsan, companion's speech, Estishab and Sad Aldharea(prevention of the means of corruption). His reliance on these disputed principles was little, and he did not use to adopt such ideas except he did not find a rule for such issue from its original source , using in most of his ideas, transferred texts. He , May Allah bestow his mercy upon him, used to deny whoever contradicted with Sunna or ignored it with his abstract opinion and he used to hate the idea that contradict the Sunna.
