ENVIRONMENTAL INFLUENCE ON HERMENEUTICAL CONSTRUCTION: A GROUNDED AND APPLIED APPROACH

Since interpretation is a human thought, the environment has a major contribution in influencing the thoughts and personality of the interpreter, so he bases his inferences and deductions on his time and environment. To suit that era and that environment, depending on what he deems appropriate for the society in which he lives, while adhering to the tolerant rules of Islamic Sharia and not violating them. ‏ The study aimed to explain the impact of the environment on the interpreter’s deductions. It required clarifying the concept of the environment’s impact on the interpretive craftsmanship, then explaining the importance of the environment and its impact on the interpreter’s inferences, then explaining the types of environments that affect the interpretive craftsmanship, by studying the most important reasons that led to their influence on the interpreter. Then supplement it with applications from interpretation books.
