CONSTRUCTIVIST THEORY IN INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS AND ITS ADVANTAGES

This Study aimed to stand on the interest of the constructivist theory in the social Formation of international relations topics, and the impact of international phenomena and topics as it was interested in identity which is what gives thing value and the formation of discourse for international relations topics as it raised the relationship between the agent (states) and the structure (individuals) The study included three topics the first topic included three demands the first demands is definition of constructivism and its concept in international relations constructivism as a social theory and its cognitive reference while the second demand talked about the types of constructivism and the issue of the agent and the structure while the second topic included five demand is the social formation of international relations topics the second demand is the impact of ideas and common understanding in internationd relations the third demand is identity which gives things value the fourth demand is the formation relations topics the fifth demand is the social construction of construcivist knowledge while the third topic included three demands the first demand is the most important hypotheses of the theory the second demand is current developments and the third demand is the positives and negatives of constructivism it also included a conclusion and results then recommendations and finally a list of references The study answered the research questions the most important of which are :- That relations are based on the principle of cooperation foalr peace and stability Structuralisms interest in the relationship between statest and individuals
